1. Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1-5 business days depending on item.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx; freight carriers for larger cabinets.

3. Costs & Delivery
Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Delivery estimates: 5-15 business days.

4. Damage Claims
Inspect external box upon delivery. If damaged, note with carrier and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Keep all packaging.

5. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours of placement. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
